SAR & QIP Development / Writing

The self-assessment report is a shop window into the providers understanding of their own provision. The SAR is a critical evaluation and improvement tool, focusing on; impact strategies, initiatives, and actions on learner progress. The support offered can develop your ability to accurately self-evaluate and produce a report that truly reflects your provision without conflicting evidence and impact.

Our highly specialised team will support you through the full SAR production process by providing you with invaluable insights and coaching on the planning, processes, and purposeful use of self-assessment.

Our team will develop your SAR critically to ensure that it provides governors, senior leaders and managers, and other interested parties (including Ofsted) with an honest, accurate assessment of your delivery over the preceding year. It will reflect the areas of strength and areas for improvement, as well as the impact of your previous actions on the learners’ experience, progress and success.

Support includes:

- Development of the self-assessment report and/or quality improvement plan

- Through a course of meetings and based on accurate information provided by the organisation we will provide structure and ensure this adheres to the EIF framework.

- Support in creating an honest evaluation of the provision, what is/isn’t working and why.

- Ensure impact of the learner is the focus.

- How to achieve the outcome and why
