Our highly specialised team of Ofsted-trained inspectors is under-pinned by the services of Rachael Bishop. With over 18 years of experience in delivering, managing and governing services for vulnerable children and adults. Rachael is highly-qualified and experienced in designing and reviewing policies for safeguarding and related topics across a broad range of settings.
How it works:
We offer two tiers of audit arising from our professional experiences, inspection practice and analysis of published Ofsted inspection reports.
Tier 1 - Includes
- A review of all associatesd safeguarding arrangements, related policies and procedures, documentation, data, and action plans/risk assessments.
- A series of focused interviews wit the DSL/appropriate staff members.
- A series of focused interviews with learners and employers if agreed
- Recommendations report an feedback handover.
Tier 2 - Includes
- A review of all associated safeguarding arrangements, related policies and procedures, documentation, data, and action plans/risk assessments.
- A deep dive into safeguarding and prevent aspects of the learner journey and teaching and learning.
- A series of focused interviews with the DSL, appropriate staff members, learners, stakeholders, Governors, SMT and employers.
- A full strategic audit tool completed in partnership with the Designated Safeguarding lead.
- Coaching and mentoring for the DSL and audit template for the DSL to continue the audit cycle on a 6-month basis.
- Access to templates and resources. Recommendations report and feedback handover.
