A805. Apprenticeship Units

Apprenticeship units are short, funded training programmes introduced through the Growth and Skills Levy to help employed adults develop specific occupational skills. Covering the 2026/27 rules, this resource explains learner and provider eligibility, minimum delivery hours, training plans, skills tests and the two-stage funding model. It also addresses ILR recording, evidence requirements, withdrawals and common compliance risks, helping providers prepare for the effective delivery and management of apprenticeship units.
