Designed for apprenticeship providers, the editable training plan template helps document and agree programme delivery with the employer and learner. It covers key contacts, programme dates, off-the-job training hours, prior learning, English and maths, delivery activities, qualifications, assessment arrangements, progress reviews and each party’s responsibilities. Updated for 2026/27, the template also includes subcontractor information, programme sign-off and a section for recording material changes.
