A833. Apprenticeship Tripartite Progress Review Record

Developed for apprenticeship providers, the editable progress review template records discussions between the provider, employer and apprentice. It covers progress against targets, workplace behaviours, knowledge, skills, English and maths, safeguarding, off-the-job training hours and any changes needed to the training plan. Dedicated sections for SMART targets, agreed actions, next review dates and signatures provide a consistent record and help all parties plan the next phase of learning.
