A837. Additional Payments to employer (16-18 year old, or 19-24 Care leaver / EHCP)
Confirm eligibility for apprenticeship funding for employers with a form covering the additional £1,000 payment available when recruiting certain apprentices. It records the details and agreements required for eligible 16–18-year-olds, as well as 19–24-year-old care leavers and apprentices with an Education, Health and Care Plan. The guidance also explains when apprenticeship incentive payments are made and the conditions that apply.
