A841. Apprenticeship Agreement
The apprenticeship agreement is a statutory requirement for employing an apprentice under a recognised apprenticeship standard. It forms part of the individual employment arrangements between the apprentice and the employer and is required as part of your essential enrolment documentation. This agreement must be revisited and agreed when a material change to the apprenticeship takes place.
