A842. Apprenticeship Learning Support Plan
Plan, record and review the reasonable adjustments required to support an apprentice with an identified learning difficulty or disability. The learning support plan helps providers evidence assessed needs, the impact on the apprenticeship and the support delivered when claiming learning support funding. It also includes sections for apprentice agreement, regular reviews and changes to the planned support.
