Impartial evaluation of the quality improvement plan. Our detailed feedback provides invaluable information and guidance giving providers an insight and clear advice on areas for further development. The review of the quality improvement plan in line with the EIF also takes into consideration recent quality drives and relevant inspection trends.

Our team will read your SAR critically to ensure that it provides governors, senior leaders and managers, and other interested parties (including Ofsted) with a clear summary of your assessment of the quality and impact of the provision over the preceding year/s.
In addition, they will read the accompanying quality improvement plans (QIP) to ensure that strategic leaders and operational managers clearly identify how they plan to consolidate current strengths and swiftly resolve the remaining significant areas for improvement in the SAR. They will provide challenge and support in identifying appropriate success milestones for planned interventions.
